6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account cancellation.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.

• If any term is violated, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

9.1 Suspension by bdboss24

bdboss24 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Guidance from the regulatory authority.

9.2 Closed at Member's Request

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Withdraw any valid balance before closing the account. Self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons is also available.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or gameplay for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. Administrative fees may apply to inactive accounts.
